Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In the same period of time, the Italian Constitutional Court, the European Court of Human Rights and the EC Court of Justice have had the opportunity to dwell on the problem of knowing the law. Despite their specificities, the three decisions evoke the same environment of ideas, that of human rights in a democratic society.
