Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution declines the terms transparency, compliance and auditing in the context of canon law, trying to illuminate the specificities of their implementation in the administration and management of the assets of Church entities. The contribution examines the juridical-canonical instruments for the implementation of the principles set out above in a perspective of correct action by the Church entities in the market of goods and services, without neglecting the indispensable and unavoidable specialty regime that must also characterize them. in carrying out activities other than those of religion and worship.
