Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In the study of migratory phenomena the reference to the concept of transnationalism is increasingly frequent. However, this concept has been the subject of various criticisms, including that according to which there would be no subjects fully traceable to the model of the transnational migrant. This contribution uses the results of a study on a national scale dedicated to the integration of migrants in Italy to verify the presence of subjects related to that model and to study its main features.
