Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Italian translation of two conversations that dr. David Pugsley of the Faculty of Law of the University of Exeter (Devonshire, Great Britain) hypothesizes to have taken place in a room of the Palazzo di Giustiniano, respectively on 2 January 531 and 25 March 532, between two compilers of the Digesto, Anatolio and Cratino, regarding the ban on the insertion of leges geminatae in the Digest, imposed by Giustiniano in the constitution Deo Auctore. Pugsley states that both dialogues cannot be true.
