Research output: Contribution to journalArticle

[Autom. eng. transl.] The author, in highlighting how the activity of the translator consists in the composition of the tension between the bond of sense and the finding of the best formula in the landing language, highlights its aporia, given by the fact that adherence to meaning it can make the linguistic form used foreign and vice versa. He gives some examples that denote this difficulty, taken from the activity of translation into Italian of the Principles of European contract law (starting from the same meaning as the "Principles", to arrive at the institutions of agency and specific performance).
