[Autom. eng. transl.] How pedagogical reflection can contribute to the training of professionals of health care called to face the challenges of the relationship with the patient? Pedagogically oriented communication can improve the user experience of patient care services? This volume addresses these questions by outlining two research perspectives. First of all by placing the emphasis on the pedagogical debate around the idea of the person, on his desire to be and effort to exist, secondly by investigating new ones scenarios of educational communication and its technological hybridization. Reflection and communication find fertile space in the field of narrative medicine generative of meaning and planning. The volume is the result of the development of the experience carried out during the course of PhD at the Radiotherapy Center of the Polyclinic Foundation University Agostino Gemelli IRCCS called Gemelli ART.
