Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] How pedagogical reflection can contribute to the training of professionals of health care called to face the challenges of the relationship with the patient? Pedagogically oriented communication can improve the user experience of patient care services? This volume addresses these questions by outlining two research perspectives. First of all by placing the emphasis on the pedagogical debate around the idea of the person, on his desire to be and effort to exist, secondly by investigating new ones scenarios of educational communication and its technological hybridization. Reflection and communication find fertile space in the field of narrative medicine generative of meaning and planning. The volume is the result of the development of the experience carried out during the course of PhD at the Radiotherapy Center of the Polyclinic Foundation University Agostino Gemelli IRCCS called Gemelli ART. The Center does configures as a learning and research context of excellence, so much for the top level of technological innovation as for the practices of integral management of the person-patient. Pedagogical-educational theories reverberate and confront each other with the stories and experiences of radiotherapists, the daily practices of care and relationships with the person-patient in distress. Humanize medicine, beyond misunderstandings and misunderstandings, it means recognizing the need of scientific and methodological rigor combined with the tension aimed at development integral human being, to the promotion of the person and to the progress of human civilization. An authentic communication for integrated services to the person-patient constitutes a relevant research area for pedagogical reflection. Everything is connected.
