Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Managing the class means turning passion into students and encouraging them to participate and respect the training proposal. The teacher's ability to arouse interest becomes therefore fundamental in view of learning, which is the specific activity of the school. But how is it possible to motivate the young generations who seem fragile, unstable, without rules and points of reference, dependent on the new media? Starting from adults and in particular from teachers. The essay reports the results of a research conducted with a significant sample of teachers, coming from schools of all levels, who were asked to highlight the main changes encountered in conducting classroom work over the last twenty years. Interesting elements of reflection emerged, certainly not exhaustive, but that act as a stimulus in the attempt to identify new educational perspectives for the new generations.
