Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The article presents the first results of a research on Solidarity Purchase Groups (GAS) in Milan. The research shows that over 60 GAS are active in the city, most of which continue to operate in the "classic" way of this type of experience. The data show, however, that some GASs have changed their purchasing practices in different directions. While some organize organic agricultural markets to spread critical consumption even outside the GAS group, others try to establish more stringent agreements with producers to create alternative and supportive economic circuits, which go beyond the production-consumption dichotomy.
