Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Contents and editorial fortune of the Declaration of the Psalms published by the Franciscan preacher active in late 16th century Italy, which documents the continuity of mediation tools for access to the religious message of the biblical tradition, despite the strong restrictions imposed on the transfer into the language vulgar from the choices of the Roman inquisitorial centers after the Council of Trent.
