Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The panorama of medium-sized Italian companies offers extremely heterogeneous competitive profiles and behaviors. There are also common features and dimensions of interest that recur when the attention is focused on the most dynamic realities and that well interpret the role of vectors of development proposals able to drag the whole country system into a virtuous process. multiple aspects that can be explored in this context we considered interesting to develop the connection between innovation and intangibles and more specifically between innovation and organizational culture in a broader framework related to corporate social responsibility. It is in this context that we intended to take as a reference a reality such as that of Robur SpA which, starting in the 1950s, proposed itself as a forerunner in focusing on corporate social responsibility, considered as a real strategic asset and a significant component of the model of business and that has been able to effectively combine this dimension with a further distinctive trait of the company, that is its innovative capacity.
