[Autom. eng. transl.] In a very challenging economic and social situation, the law of the national education and training system no. 107/2015 which in article 1 (from paragraph 33 to paragraph 44) introduces the obligation of alternating school work to be carried out for all pupils of the last three years of secondary schools with the aim of guiding and supporting an entrance aware of the same in the working context through the acquisition of skills that can be spent on the job market. The alternation path offers students the opportunity to enter into professional contexts of various nature to improve the understanding of the activities and processes carried out within an organization, test what has been learned in the training path, tune in to the needs coming from the world external and increase the development of the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship which means, first of all, knowing how to translate ideas into action. Relevant and forward-looking training passes through the promotion of an effective educational alliance between the world of school and the world of work, a fruitful link that prepares the younger generations for an effective entry into the labor market.
