Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] By quoting a sequence frozen in a title, the journalist sends a complicit wink to his addressee; using defecation, he pushes him to solve an enigma. In this article, we evaluate the presence of (un) frozen sequences in a corpus of French women's press titles, in order to show that the creation of the link of complicity with the readers can pass through the reference to the phraseological heritage of the language, to be quoted or manipulated creatively.
