Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution of Caribbean literature to universal literature is studied, in particular the different literary movements that are born from the concept of "blackness" and that are developed until the "creolitude" or "criollismo" until leading to reflections more current on the issue. The authors who have contributed the most to the literature of the region are cited in the different languages spoken there.
