Abstract
In the air transport sector, the figure of the assessor is an institutionalised role, which is to be identified among those who have the broadest skills and work experience in the field of air transport. The legislation on this matter assigns to the assessor the function of "evaluator", a figure fit to conduct checks and assessments of the competences of the various employees at the airport, to be carried out at the end of training programs.
