Abstract
tHE chapter reports the main findings of the national enquiry carried out in autumn-winter 2011/12 through a closed-response questionnaire, which was filled by a sample of 242 Romanian families (with at least one child under 18) resident in Rome, Milan, Turin. According to the research design, only one of the adults living at home was entitled to fill the questionnaire (mother, father o other adult co-resident ) and he/she provided all requested data both on adults and young people living together.
