The New Faces of Change: the Second Generation in Italy

Abstract

According to the most recent survey from Fondazione ISMU, in Italy the members of the second generation aged be-tween 0 and 35 years are about 3 million. This is a significant number that shows a new phase in the history of the Italian migration. It urges the adoption of renovated theoretical perspectives and interpretative paradigms.
