Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

The contribution is the abstract of a presentation on the film representation of elementary teachers after the fall of the Fascist regime. Cinema is used as a means to access the collective imaginary of the post-Second World War period in which Italian primary schools were requested to embark on a path of innovation, investigating whether the films focused on elementary teachers supported the reforming process of the time or remained anchored in models of teaching/learning that were rooted in the symbolic educational heritage of the past.
