Abstract

There is no doubt that the crisis generated by the COVID-19 pandemic is unprecedented, in terms both of what is asked of public authorities and populations to face it, and the foreseeable length of its repercussions, which will last for years on both global and regional levels. The severity of the Corona crisis has been exacerbated by its connection to the sensitive medical sector. The crisis has necessarily mobilised countries' agencies to work in an integrated manner, acting as a true test of the solidarity on which regional security organizations are based,
