Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The conception of ecclesiastical ministry according to the Ambrosian tradition, of which the Milanese liturgical books and ecclesiastical writings of the eleventh century are witness, highlights fully Western ecclesiological elements, but in singular harmony with the sensitivity of the ancient Christian ecumenism preserved in the Greek East.
