Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] This chapter presents the contribution of the third sector to the creation of services for individuals and families, in close relation with the transformations of the welfare structure. We delve into the characteristics that personal services take on in the contemporary context, which are characterized as relational services, highly personalized and based on collaborative logic. The chapter helps to highlight the specific and differential contribution - compared to the public sector and the market - of the third sector, delving into its organizational and cultural aspects.
