[Autom. eng. transl.] In a scenario of great discontinuity and complexity like the current one, supply chain marketing strategies are increasingly influenced by the evolution processes of distribution systems. The present work focuses attention on current trends in Italian grocery distribution which, in addition to being a school market for commercial issues, is experiencing a profound change in competitive structures and channel relationships. Based on the results of an extensive research activity carried out within the Trade Marketing Laboratory established at the CERMES Bocconi University, the book aims to stimulate the reflection of scholars and business management on the new dimensions of marketing paradigms and the opportunity to develop new analytical models to support corporate strategies.
