Abstract

Telemedicine advocacy is a crucial resource during the COVID-19 pandemic, but a direct clinical assessment of children remains necessary in the acute care setting of Kawasaki disease, with opportunity to assess echocardiograms and ensure the involvement of coronary arteries in these patients.
