[Autom. eng. transl.] In the history of human-computer interaction it is possible to identify a constant trend: to make interaction with new media as similar as possible to each of us within a real environment. And this has made technological content more and more of an experience, increasing its impact on people's daily lives. But how can this transformation be useful for people's well-being? How can we use the experiential dimension of technology to promote personal and social growth? An answer to these questions comes from an emerging discipline, "Positive Technology" (TP). It is possible to define the TP as the use of technology to modify the characteristics of our personal experience - structuring it, increasing it or replacing it with synthetic environments - in order to improve the quality of our personal experience, and increase well-being in individuals, organizations and society. The contribution presents the characteristics of personal experience that can be involved in the design and development of positive technology and the effects on different levels of well-being: hedonic, eudaimonic and social / interpersonal technologies.
