Abstract

The contribution focuses on any aspects of the complex relation between law and technology. In particular it deepens the increasing connection among neuroscience, Big Data and behavioral models (i.e. nudging), especially in the light of its political-institutional reflexes and as regards the implementation of social-control policies (security, psychological profiling, criminal law).
