Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In both face-to-face and distance learning environments, group work is a teaching strategy commonly used in training processes, focused on the idea that students learn best when they are actively involved in their learning process. The contribution specifically focuses on the construction and management processes of a group in video communication environments, pointing out risks and opportunities, also thanks to a case study taken from university teaching.
