Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] It analyzes a corpus formed by occurrences of direct speech in French, both in written texts (press, literature, autobiographical stories ...) and in oral conversations (narratives related to everyday life, television broadcasts, testimonies ...). The analysis allows us to show some features that characterize DD as a linguistic structure and the functions that it performs preferentially.
