Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] This is the revised text of a speech at the Congress of the association "Nobody touches Cain" held at the Opera prison (Milan) on 21 December 2019. Problems relating to a vision of justice and criminal policy oriented to a strategy are addressed of recovery of the convicted who also assumes importance for the purpose of general crime prevention.
