Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution aims to analyze the impact that differentiated regionalism would generate on the organization of the NHS and on the right to health protection. As a function of this objective, some basic problems regarding Italian regionalism are clarified and reconstructed, especially after the revision of the TIT. V, Part II, of the Constitution.
