Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay deals with the particular mechanism for appointing directors of a spa represented by the list vote. After having dwelt on the functioning and purpose of the list vote, it examines the specific problem of the connection between lists: identified, in this case, by the simultaneous presence of two or more candidates for the office of director simultaneously in two or more lists. The final part of the work is dedicated to the consequences of such a link on the resolution of appointment of the directors.
