Abstract
The article analyzes the issues underlying the judgment of the Court of Turin n. 778 of 7 May 2018, which established that, in the absence of proof of assiduous supervision and control over the execution of the work, the relationship established with riders, equipped with their own means of transport and in charge of making individual deliveries, must be considered self-employment.
