Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution deepens the possibility / necessity to activate spaces of reflection functional to the recognition and elaboration of the opacities, of the obscurity and of the chiaroscuri connected to the processes of the concrete doing in action, opening occasions of vision in which the work performances can be recognized intersubjectively and assume a form that makes them reproducible between constants and variances, repetitions and improvisations. It is the antidote to the organizational stupidity that Alvesson identifies in the widespread lack of reflexivity, justification and substantive reasoning.
