Abstract
The contribution focuses on the most recent regulatory changes in\ r\ n the issue of employment relationships employed by public administrations,\ r\ n taking into account the main changes introduced by the legislator,\ r\ n in terms of public competitions, apprenticeship contracts,\ r\ n stabilization procedures and compensation for damages in the event of\ r\ n abuse of fixed-term contracts. Finally, the article summarizes the adoption\ r\ n of the new personnel classification system by the\ r\ n collective agreements of the 2019-2021 part-session
