Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The regulatory approaches to technoscience and its relationships with society have been redesigned and redefined over time. The European Union (EU) offers interesting insights in this regard, since European integration - the transition from a merely economic community to an increasingly political union - has proceeded in parallel with the development of new technologies - from biotechnology to nanotechnologies, synthetic biology - and their government.
