Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In recent decades the effects of climate change and the increase in extreme weather phenomena have led to differentiated problems such as the shortening of the phenological phases, with negative implications on the maturation of grapes, the influence on the cycle of some pathogens ... It will be necessary therefore, to reconsider the potential applications of some traditional cultivation techniques and to underline other innovative and recently developed ones, capable of regularizing or delaying accelerated or unbalanced maturation.
