Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In the concept of strategy as a “design that defines the system of activities, orienting it towards the achievement of company objectives”, the “strategy” determines the “system of activities”, which, in turn, is the determinant of the “company results”.
The strategy - as a design that defines the system of activities, orienting
fraud towards the achievement of corporate objectives - includes:
• the current strategic positioning, of which current current assets are an expression;
• the strategic target positioning, of which the target current assets are an expression;
• the strategic direction (or the strategic vector) of which the set-up activities are expressed, which move the company from the current strategic positioning to the future strategic positioning5;
• the dynamic relationships between current strategic positioning (ie current current assets), strategic direction (ie set up activities), strategic target positioning (ie current target activities).
