Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The Third Sector Code redesigns the role of intermediate communities in our legal system. This is a reform expected for years. For the first time a juridical definition of the third sector is indicated and the instruments of cooperation between non-profit objects, market and public apparatus are identified. The article takes into account the main novelties, contextualizing the reform in the general framework of welfare. Spontaneous solidarity is placed as a value and a resource to arrive at a renewed welfare in which the Third sector does not occupy the spaces left empty by public subjects, but rather fits into the framework of the organization of social policies.
