Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay proposes a critical reflection concerning the art. 414-bis of the Italian Criminal Code, instigation of pedophilia and child pornography practices, especially with regard to paragraph 3, which provides for the exclusion of the relevant relevance of artistic, historical and literary reasons or purposes.
