[Autom. eng. transl.] The article proposes critical insights on teacher training bearing in mind its various declinations and contexts. The topics analyzed are the link between theory and action, the relationship between the terms "training" and "self-training", the need to think of school as an organization. In closing, the author underlines the need for the pedagogical culture to return to being part of the educational background of each teacher, because he does not lose sight of the meanings and aims of his work.
