Spunti per l’analisi di un progetto secondo l’ottica di rete: l’avvio di un Tavolo di Lavoro per iniziative rivolte ai giovani

[Autom. eng. transl.] The article, starting from the analysis of a process aimed at setting up a work table set up at the local level, discusses on the basis of which elements the coordinating institutional bodies can be considered as coping networks. In particular, the following are taken into consideration: the motivation, the tendency of freedom of action, the discretion in determining the purpose. The possible developments linked to the adoption of a programming logic centered on the opinion of the experts, or a participatory programming logic, are also highlighted.
