Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Health expenditure is increasing in most countries of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) both in relative terms, with respect to gross domestic product (GDP), and in absolute terms. Will the resources allocated to health be able to effectively meet the needs of citizens and patients? Through the evaluation of resource allocation systems, we will try to clarify and highlight the needs for a competent healthcare that meets the real needs of the citizen in our country and in Europe.
