Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Taking as its starting point some discussions related to the "Stamina" case, the text reflects, on the one hand, the need for public control over the selection criteria in the activation of medical experiments by pharmaceutical companies (with specific attention to the experiments concerning "expanded" cells of mesenchymal origin), on the other hand on the need for exhaustive information on potentially interested subjects about the progress of experiments, which may allow compassionate recourse, where the conditions exist, to any therapeutic resources of which the experimental procedure has not yet been completed, when other instruments of contrast of a given pathology are not available.
