Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The text, in the form of interview answers previously prepared by the author, criticizes the political-criminal strategy underlying the legislator's interventions on corruption and other crimes, as per law n. 3/2019. This, in particular, with regard to the sanctioning entities (not only with regard to the penalties for the building, but above all to the related procedural rules and of the penitentiary law): modifications which seem to remain completely insensitive to the orientation required by the art. 27, co. 3. Cost .. In addition, some delicate profiles are highlighted, also on an interpretative level, of new tools intended to favor the emergence of crimes covered by the new legislation (in particular, undercover operations and the hypothesis of non-punishment) .
