Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay reconstructs the corporate regulation of operations on treasury shares other than purchase, with attention also to the most widespread atypical operations (such as usufruct, pledge, some derivative contracts), with respect to which the limits must occur where the principles set forth for typical operations.
