[Autom. eng. transl.] The characteristics of work and the consumer market make the need for equity in the distribution of resources increasingly evident. The latter are mostly intended to be available to professions considered productive from a corporate point of view; we often neglect to problematize the difficult access by weak individuals or social groups, sometimes giving rise to phenomena of marginalization or educational risk, when the development of individual skills occurs in relation more to the demands of the context than to the characteristics of the person himself. Investing in people and the environment is the basis of sustainable educational planning and the search for lasting conditions of well-being. Training, as the sharing of experiences and acquisition of skills, constitutes the horizon for taking care, with respect, of oneself, of others and of relationships with the natural and social context.
