Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Note to the Juvenile Court of Florence, GIP Office, order 25 February 2019, Giud. Signorini, who declares a question of constitutional legitimacy of art. 28 Presidential Decree 22 September 1988, n. 448 "in the part in which it does not provide that the judge, after hearing the parties, can order the suspension of the proceedings with simultaneous probation in the preliminary investigation phase" in the proceedings against minors.
