Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The item aims to investigate the influence of the Magisterium on the international order, with particular reference to solidarity. In fact, it is proposed to investigate the number of institutes and branches inspired by its pursuit, and to highlight its interactions with state sovereignty. We will look in particular at international environmental law, a discipline with reference to which the value of solidarity is invoked by the Holy Father in its particular intergenerational meaning within the encyclical Laudato si '.
