[Autom. eng. transl.] This final chapter presents some considerations resulting from the evaluation activity carried out by the Catholic University on the satisfaction of the beneficiaries and the operators of the Social Custodian Service. To collect the information it was necessary to prepare a series of tools for detecting the aspects that describe the interventions and the quality of the service, seen from the point of view of the social custodian and that of the beneficiary family; to investigate these dimensions, a qualitative methodology was chosen which allowed the complexity and variability of the interventions carried out by the service for different types of households to be deepened in a gradual and rich way.
