Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay examines the contexts in which the trust can be used to carry out business activities, based on US experience, where in some historical periods the trust has been widely adopted as an alternative organization to society. In Italy the phenomenon is much more limited, placing itself above all in the context of groups of companies. The essay reconstructs the domestic discipline applicable to the "entrepreneur" trust, focusing on the aspect of imputation of responsibility and discipline of the crisis.
