Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The article aims to investigate the evolution of the PA language on social media by analyzing the posts published from February 15 to March 15, 2019 on the Facebook accounts of the 111 provincial capitals. The survey made it possible to identify three fundamental ways of using the platform, which correspond to an equal number of communication styles. It therefore follows that it is not correct to speak of PA language on the web, because in reality public administrations use different languages on the same platform, so that the traditional stability of bureaucratic language appears to be flawed.
