Sistemi insediativi e gestione delle acque nella Bassa Novarese: un fontanile dell’età del Bronzo dal sito di San Pietro Mosezzo

[Autom. eng. transl.] As part of the conference that focuses attention on settlement systems pile-dwellings the contribution presents some new data relating to the study of the data that emerged in the territory of San Pietro Mosezzo in January 2001 during the excavation for the Snam Passo Gries-Mortara methane pipeline. The evidence identified in this context, although fragmentary due to the state of conservation and the obvious restrictions dictated by the logistical needs of the work, they offer a significant cross-section of contemporary and upcoming settlement realities to the wetland contexts of north-western Italy with which it had to be activates a dense network of exchange of men, goods, resources and sharing of knowledge; for this territory characterized, in various forms, by water emergencies particular impact, it can be assumed that among these skills a privileged role could be exercised by water management and exploitation strategies
